Frustrated customer!!!!

I am very dissappointed and unhappy with the services rendered by Car Track Agents, I called at 20 May, 22:03pm asking for my car to be tracked, I was told the system is not responding and the person that took my call said she'd call me back, this person didn't even check if my number on the system is still valid or rather which phone to call me back on, I had to give them my number without being asked. I AM STILL WAITING!! I have had this account for a years now, I am actually asking myself why do I pay for a service that is proving to be useless right now??? I need urgent assistance and then this??? This is not the 1st time receiving such dissappointing services... This is an emergency service but there waas no sense of emergency on my request, my car is still not tracked, I managed to locate it myself.
