FRUSTRATED
I had an account with Cartrack and it went into arrears, this arrears was paid up and the statements clearly show this, however for the past +- 6 to 8 months they have been calling me to pay this arrears, they have even listed me on TransUnion as a default payer. I have tried explaining to them on the phone and on email that the account is NOT in arrears and they not to check this but nothing gets done, they will just keep calling me saying the same thing. @cartrack, please prove to me that my account is actually still in arrears.

Guess what. I have today (1 year later) received another email from cartrack advising that I now own them over R10k from R5k last year, which only tells me that they never cancelled my subscribtion as requested many times as well as never completed their recon correctly that shows the original R5k was paid up. Not sure how much more I can say to Cartrack to get this sorted out. I give up!!!
