Formal Dispute of Non-Existent Account and Notice of Legal Action

I hereby formally dispute any alleged account or outstanding debt in my name with Cartrack SA.

I have never held an account with Cartrack SA, nor have I ever signed up for or entered into any agreement with your company. I have been using Matrix Tracker and have no contractual relationship with Cartrack SA.

I am therefore extremely concerned by the repeated attempts to contact and harass me regarding an alleged outstanding amount, including the threat that the matter has been handed over to Nimble Solutions for collection.

I hereby place Cartrack SA on formal notice that I do not acknowledge or admit liability for this alleged debt. Should you report this non-existent account or alleged debt to any credit bureau, negatively affect my credit profile, or continue pursuing me without providing valid documentary proof of a contractual relationship, I will take the necessary legal and regulatory steps against Cartrack SA and any third party acting on your behalf.

If you maintain that I have an account with Cartrack SA, provide me with full documentary proof of the alleged agreement, account-opening documentation, and a detailed statement of account immediately.

Until such proof is provided, I expect all collection activity and communication relating to this alleged account to cease.
