Forced Cancelation Fee

I am Manelisi Man****ana. I have 5 vehicles under cartrack. One was ****** then later found by police. Catrack discovered where the vehicle is after I was already advised by my cousin who works in the SAPS that they found it. Even now when I look on the cartrack app the tracker still says that the vehicle is in Gugulethu off which its with the insurance. The insurance has rejected the claim so i am still busy with another proccess that will take long. Cartrack wants me to continue paying or a cansilation fee for the vehicle that i don't have at my disposal, that doesn't even have a tracker on it. i dont wish to cancel but i cant pay for a tracker that is not there. I do not have a problem paying, its just R220 rands a month but its still my money and i cant pay for a tracker that is not even in the vehicle and the vehicle is not there. The vehicle is with insurance but their tracker is saying the vehicle is somewhere else. I dont wish to look for another tracker but if i have to, i will unfortunately, take out another tracker for all 5 of them and keep on reversing their debit orders or change my banking details.
