For unknown reason my debit order for cartrack returned unpaid and i received a call from their agent Rachel Imotlatso Malebatja to follow up on my unpaid account, I ha e dealt with other agents before who are very confrontational as if you owe them but this lady was very professional and explained reason for her call heard me out and assisted politely with the details updates, very friendly, I felt like a valued customer to car track ...5 stars to her!
