For the past 2 weeks my app is showing my vehicles position an hour backwards, iv been calling and I was told on every occasion cartrack is aware and they will have it sorted the same day

For the past 2 weeks my app is showing my vehicles position an hour backwards, iv been calling and I was told on every occasion cartrack is aware and they will have it sorted the same day .To date its not sorted ,I even spoke to the manager, who promised to send me an email, Nothing to date ,absolutely poor service.
