Fooling people

I got their tracker on my vehicle. When they advertise they say if the vehicle is ****** and not recovered they pay you, but that is not true. I lost my vehicle on the 7th of June 2022. Even today they didn’t find my vehicle and when I call them as they have to deliver, they keep on saying someone will call me back and nothing happens. What they promise customers is not what they mean. I lost my vehicle and I am loosing money too when I call them to know what next. Is over 31 days now.
