Fitting department useless.

They are very easy to deal with to create a contract and get your details, dealt with Leighroy and he was brilliant. However. Their (Durban) fitting department is separate and an absolute disaster. Attempted to fit my tracker THREE times over 2 weeks in which I had to change things around to make sure I was availible, twice, the technicians did not show up, and the third time, technician "Raymond Chetty" called from his personal cell and cancelled because he was "too far away". Useless. I have now signed up with Netstar for my tracker.
