First time using Cartrack with a 'Car Watch' option as I joined Cartrack on 23-05-2025. I turned on car watch when I got to work and mistakenly forgot to turn it off when I was leaving work and the moment I turned on the ignition, I immedeately recieved a call from Johanna Moeketsi checking if everything is fine followed by a call from the Call center verifying if it is me who's operating the vehicle out of danger. The level of service is top notch from the assistance when I enquired about Cartrack to the technician installing the tracker to the customer care center. I believe my vehicle is safe with Cartrack.
