First 'Final' Letter of Demand

Good day,

This morning I received a Final Letter of Demand for the Amount Owing due to cancellation (about R5000.00 plus).

It stipulates that another letter was sent in January already for the same amount. This is not true, as it was for R348.00.

How can a final letter be sent (which is in fact the first letter) for the specific final amount owing, threatening me with additional costs from your side and legal fees?

You told me in your previous mail finances would contact me (which they did for the FIRST time yesterday) and demanded the entire sum. Yet you talk about a payment arrangement in your previous mail below?

It has not even been 1 month since the full and final amount has not been paid, yet you are reverting to such measures?

Please urgently advise.
