First and foremost, Cartrack is a bull**** organization. My apologies for the language but those people are ****ed up. All they know is to chase you to subscribe and subsequent to that they no longer care whether you are satisfied or not. A product is not working, you request a call back and they won’t call until you no longer pay for their faulty product. Bull**** product! I am taking them to court
