*********** finance department.They debit my account and claim its not them when I sent proof of transaction with reference in question but still used the same reference number that they denied its theirs. Now, all of a sudden, my banking details are invalid when they have debited from the same account in previous months 😞. I regret renewing my contract as they were not forthcoming regarding the fact that having a panic button disqualifies you from getting the recovery amount they claim to give you. Makes me wonder what else is not being disclosed to their customers.
