Finance department

There was a problem with my bank account this month so I had to pay em manually and I did exactly that cause I don’t want any problems in case if anything happens to my car cause they’re very good in recovering cars I got to give that to em. Unfortunately when I was drunk I paid em again R2000 excess by mistake and I discovered it in the morning. I’ve been calling em non stop wanting to tell them to credit my Cartrack account so I won’t have to pay them for the next few months but they’ve been making me run like a headless chicken. This is just not on.
