Horrible, disgusted at the operations. Complaints handler promised to call me back but she never did, maybe it’s because she knows I asked her to listen to the calls that I made and get back to me and she’s afraid to get back to me because the company is at fault. Knowing them they will not take any accountability and whatsoever.
