My cartracker ran my car battery down frequently and the cost to have the device inspected (not even repaired/fixed) was extravagant. This was in addition to ahving the inconvenience and cost of taking my vehicle to the garage to have it sorted out.

You are in for a 36month contract that you are liable for even after removing a device that does damage to your car battery. CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE VERY CAREFULLY before being misled into installing this device. Customer service poor and unforgiving. Expensive service fees. You get very little for your money.
