Car track installed a dash cam for me and didn’t adjust it well I called in for an adjustment but they never came and I decided not to pay my premium for that month because I had to hire someone else to come adjust the dash cam as they were not fulfilling their duties I’m now getting calls from them demanding payment of missed premium while they know why I didn’t pay for that specific month It’s such a shame that when they need business they attend to us so quick but when we need them to rectify they never assist
