Fausly contract by cartrac

In 2020 when I bought a car,I got a monthly subscription with cartrac for tracking my vehicle as a requirement from my then car insurance with budget insurance then in February 2022 I was involved in an accident and my car got written off when I called to cancel my subscription with cartrac they told me I have to pay a certain fee for cancelations cause I'm in a three year contract with them and I refused coz I have no knowledge of being contracted with them and asked for the copy of contract then they sent me a one pay subscription then I told them the documents don't anything abt me being contract with them then I kept on reversing monthly deduction that cartrac was doing on my account, on the 8th of June 2022 I called them again asked them to stop deducting monthly payments from my account and cancel my subscription and they told they can't since I'm contract and i told them that in the copy of subscription there's no were it states that I'm contracted with them and should pay a cancelation fee,then they resent me a different copy of contract from the initial one they first sent with the same pattern sign signature that I have no knowledge of,that I never even signed and said this this the contract I signed of which is not true. This company is fausly contracting me into something I have no knowledge of and demanding me to make paymens I have never agreed to make.
