Faulty unit

Am very disappointed by this company , I have a car track on my car for over a year . I called two times to let them know that my car is not sending signal , which their confirm that their can see even today no technician came to fix the unit. I called to add another car 3 days their added a unit but until today no one came to fix my unit. It shows that once you have a unit and you paying no body cars . Quick to install but never fix . I think I should actually remove this unit an really disappointed by such behaviour.
