Faulty Tamper signal

<p>I have been called by the car track consultances twice in 2 days and i have called them 3 times in 2 day. First time the lady asked me my name and ID and she hung up, when i call back they told me its control room. they fowarded me to the control room, and the told me my car was sending a temper signal and i went to check it and nothing was wrong. I called them back and I ntold them nothing was wrong with my car. they told me it must have been a bumpy road. </p> <p> </p> <p>Again today (14 /03/17) the consulted called me and I could not hear her, as it was noisy at work plus reception was not good. so it cut us mid call. she never called back and I called back and I was sent from pillar to post. No body knows where the call came from. the last consultant in the control room fowarded me to whoever where the jingle kept playing and they I hung up. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost faith in car track and I am going to cancel my contract with them as thier device seem to be not reliable. I cant trust them with my car anymore, if thier device can be triggered by a bumpy road as weel as their rude consultant that I last spoke to at precisly 08:55 and my call lasted 9 min;10 secs. I just feel insulted as a customer by this kind of treatment.</p>
