Faulty system/poor installation

I am not happy with the service of Tracker. They are quick to gain the business, sign a contract amd deduct the initial fees but the unit installed is faulty or the technicians arent installing the unit properly cause every time i drive my vehicle andafter i make my stop i get constant power failures, smses and phone calls telling me their is an alert but its due to their poor parts or installations. This is the 2nd vehicle which i use cartrack as my tracking provider but this is definitely the last and i wont recommend them to anyone i know. I have even emailed and phoned them and after 2 weeks still no response, no booking or no assistance. This is really pathetic of them not wanting to help but they are quick to get your money
