Faulty device eating my battery

The faulty tracker is using my battery for power, I always have to jumpstart my car. Called these guys to come fix their traccker and they told me I need to pay them to do so. Been with them for 3 years never skipped payment. Now i must pay for an issue on their own device that’s inconvenient to me. Useless business. I’m canceling, there’s no point with keeping this nonsense in my car
