FAULTY DEVICE EATING MY BATTERY

The faulty tracker is using my battery for power and killed my battery and had to buy a new battery for R2000. Called these guys to come fix their tracker and they told me I need to pay them R600 for a technician to do so. Been with them for 3 years never skipped payment. Now i must pay for an issue on their own device that’s inconvenient to me.

Now I'm even told that I should pay R600 to cancel the contract to get the device removed!!!!
