Faulty app

Is cartrack still having issues with their app?? About 2 weeks ago I had my unit tested and about 2 days later I noticed the app was off, it had a major delay…..it showed an incorrect location, I then called in and was informed that it had about a 5 hour delay, even today I’m experiencing the same issue, my wife took the car to work but the app shows that the car is still here at home…the app doesn’t auto refresh anymore, meaning you can’t track vehicles live, you have to keep on closing the app to see where the car is,
