Fasle tyre purchases placed on accounts

I laid a complaint to the accounts department since someone has added a tyre purchase to my account of which I did not make any purchase from them . I have been hampered with Calls , Sms and what's app messages to make payment I reported this on the 3rd October 2022 till date no one can give me an answer has to what's going on and they tried to debit my account for this amount without my consent . I would not recommend Car Track this is the second time they doing this to my account profile .
