False marketing

Cartrack is running a marketing campaign where they ask clients to refer people for a 2 months premium break. I refer someone and indeed they took up a contract with Cartrack but unfortunately Cartrack didn't live up to the promise of 2 months premium break. I sent am email to them, a gentleman by the name Thokozani Khoza responded, he told me he has escalated the matter to the relevant department to this day I have'nt recieved any response or correspondence from Cartrack. So I believe their campaign is false marketing.
