False lifetime warranty

<p>I find myself gobsmacked at what I realised today. </p> <p>Cartrack website says Lifetime Maintenance Warranty on their device and funny enough on their cancellation forms as well. But it is far from a "Lifetime " Maintenance Warranty. In fact it is only a one year warranty. Their terms and conditions make no mention of it though, that is where they get you.</p> <p>This I find as false advertising really.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service centre is also less than helpfull in explaining what the mentioned lifetime maintenance warranty is really for and why the contradiction. Sandiswa Chabalala was well trained in "not answering" questions she does not know how to answer. She just simply ignored any request on clerification. She eventually pointed out the section 6 where it specifies the one year warranty ( but even that took half the day to get out of her) They are to the point and quite robot like. Not sure I was talking to a real person. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed and would not recomend cartrack to anyone. </p>
