false advertising, false pretense, dishonest, no full disclosure

I have spoken to a lot of your call centre staff, to head office Rosebank, team leaders, name it and I have spoken to them all, the lady in Rosebank cut me off mid sentence and decided that was all she is doing for me.

My issue is the following:

On Thursday 05 December 2024 I sent a WhatsApp to the WhatsApp line asking them to assist in upgrading my package so that I can monitor and use the app also. After about 2 hours later I get a reply saying my motorcycle is not positioning and they logged a call for a service. A long message followed saying I will be liable for the call out fee if this is due to my negligence and blah blah blah...... Then I ask them to please tell me when did the device stop working because it is a new install, 19 Nov 2024 it was installed. I received no answer from anyone. Then I called and spoke to a very helpful lady who spoke to the control room, asked me to switch on my ignition and wait for her, she came back and said the device is working fine, the other lady should have asked me to switch on the ignition, there is no need for a call out. Then my problems started, because what use do I have for the device if it only works when the ignition is switched on........ I don't need my motorcycle protected when I'm on it and driving, I need it protected when I'm not driving it, that is the whole point of me getting the tracker. If someone puts my bike on a trailer or bakkie, pushes it into their garage and strip it for parts, you will never be able to find my bike. This was not disclosed to me during the sales pitch phone call and it for sure not in your terms and conditions, should I have known this I would never have agreed to this contract. This for me was a false adverti*****t, false promises during the sales process, and dishonesty from your agents for not being transparent about the pros and cons of the device for a motorcycle. I did ask to cancel the contract; I did say I refuse to pay any fees for anything that relates to the cancellation as I feel I have been **** to right from the start. I also told them I stopped my debit order at the bank and reversed the debit order you took on Saturday 07 December 2024 as I refuse to pay for something that was sold to me under false pretences. I need the device removed asap and the contract cancelled. The first agent told me to ask and wait for the phone recording takes 24 - 48 Hours. The second guy said 3 - 5 working days. I don't know how long what takes, all I ask is for my device to be removed and the contract cancelled.

Reviewer Update
After my previous review I was quickly called by the social media department promising to sort my issue out, only to be called by 4 times by the accounts department because I stopped by debit order. Today I get a call from the cancellation department saying I can cancel but I will be liable for a R2000 cancelation fee!!!!
I told the lady where she can put that invoice .........
I told her to cancel and I still refuse to pay any cancelation fee for a false promise and non disclosure on their side.
I will make sure far and wide that everyone knows how poor their customer service is, they don't care to listen or understand the issue, they just see the money, not the customer.
YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!
