False advertising

Hi there, I’d like report that there was false information or advertising when signing up at Cartrack the policy I took I was advised that should I run low on fuel they cover up to 10 litres of fuel, I call this morning surprisingly now all of a sudden they don’t cover that they only cover with assisting you to go to the fuel station but not paying for the fuel which is really false information because they should state clearly that they assist with towing the car to the fuel station but not paying for it not to say they cover up to 10 litres but they don’t do it I’m really disappointed I’m even thinking of cancelling and go to other tracker companies
