False Advertising and Lying to sell products

I was approached by a salesman for Car Track at Century City. She purposely misled me into thinking that Car Track has capabilities they clearly do not have. i was looking for a track to see where my car is at all time and she assured me they had that product so i paid and signed up. i then called the call centre (where i was on hold for 15 minutes) to request the log in details to track the car and they informed me that they do not have that capability. This is the sole reason i got the tracker, she **** to me just to make a sale so i cancelled the policy and now they are demanding R1500 cancellation fee. i am willing to go all the way to the ombud with this one, DO NOT USE CAR TRACK. I WILL ALSO BE PUBLISHING THIS ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND EVERY PLATFORM I CAN.
