False advertising

My husband was involved in an accident on the 5 February 2022 but we informed only early morning Saturday 06 February 2022.. Our vehicle was moved and as per the app it showed the road but when we went there the Cas wasn't there I phoned cartrack to give me a location on the vehicle they couldn't locate n gave me a lame excuse when vehicle is towed they can't pick up signal appalling service want my contract with them canceled immediately
