False Account Areas

My account was handed over to debt collectors yet my account was paid up. Debit orders continued to go out paying Cartrack even after the handover. At the moment debt collectors assume I owe Cartrack yet CarTrack owes me a settlement letter as well as the balance I overpaid.

I have sent my correspondence regarding this matter to *** on July 18th and nothing has been said. I called today following up and nothing has been actioned up to date. My account was handed over last year and it has been back and forth with Cartrack and the debt collectors ever since.
