Failure to track and service my cars tracking device.

They listed me after terminating my month to month contract after the initial 3years contract.

They wanted me to pay for services they failed to render, they failed to track my car when I requested them to, now they want me to pay for the months that their device was not working.

My car was at risk and they were unable to detect and fix the device.

Poor service, I would not recommend their services to anyone after this bad experience.
