FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE AGAINST YOUR REPRESENTATIVES

What a company with lazy ego centric bunch of consultants. Lazy to investigate when there a complaint and/ or concern leveled against Cartrack, especially when there a potential sign of an Operational Failure on your side. i have since requested Cartrack to investigate why my account was not closed when i notified you that i have sold the car and yet you kept on sending me notifications about the car's whereabouts, exposing the new owner to risk. All i get is unlimited calls from Accounts Department displaying their unprofessionalism and rudeness. If you are not willing to investigate and furnish me with feedback, i would demand that you destruct my personal information and put me on your "DO NOT CONTACT LIST" until you deem it fit to investigate this case. i'm tired of being harassed by you.
