Failure to compensate and rudeness

I was paying cartrack to rrack my bakkie in case it is ******. I am very dissappointed as they failed to track the vehicle in just a very short time. My bakkie was ****** in september 2022 cartrack could not locate it in just 15 min after parking it. The worst scenario was the answer I got when I called immediately to report the ****** bakkie they just said they dont see it on the system and that was it. I called for compesation because they said if no recovery they pay R150 000. Kemiso Molefe me told there were terms and conditions that I did not follow, as I told him/her I was not sent or told about any terms and condition. I know of people who also have this tracking company devices there are no terms and condition sent ti them. I asked who sent and when there is no clarity till now. That person just ignored my email.
