Failure to assist

Hi Hello Peter I’m very stunned with car track my vehicle was ****** on the 18th May 2026 , up to date my car has not been recovered , also have app**** the recovery warranty to be in place and now they refusing to cover as they have advised that I didn’t bring the unit to be tested every three months , also advising that payments were missed where it was there error on their side where it would bounce . I call for assistance for this matter to be revived and will cancel all my subscriptions on all my cars
