Failure by Car Track is disappointing

I'm deeply disappointed with Car Track. I seriously don't know how they can deal with emergencies if they are failing to provide a service in week or even two weeks. They fail and are not bothered, after calling them so many times.

I bought a car and traded in my own car which means. I needed to uninstall my car from car to another. That was on the 24th of June. They took more a week to uninstall the devise and still didn't install the devise in the new car. Even after arranging with car dealer to keep the car with them, so that both cars are in the same build they fail to do that. Today is the 10th of July and my car doesn't have a tracking devise even notifying them so many times.
