Failed to provide letter of agreement 😭

I have a contract with them and I haven’t been working for the past 19 months and in July I called because I got a job so we had an agreement on payment but they failed to provide me with a letter of agreement to submit to the company I was supposed to start working for,and just like that I lost the job
