Extremly poor service

I'm extremely ****ed off with this company . I had an appointment for 10.am Saturday the 01/03/2020 Ref No ***. Their stupid technician stood me up , I waited for over an hour until I called, only to be told he wont be coming mind your my insurance needs the unit to be installed. weekday I'm at work
