Extremely terrible customer service in Tech department.

Extremely frustrated with customer service of this company. I called and waited over an hour talking g to different people (First Tebogo then Anele who refused to give me his last name). I have been stuck with a cat that has faulty unit. Been trying to schedule a booking within their centre but no help yet they are harassing to pay.
