Extremely poor service!

Unbelievably insensitive and inconsiderate company. More than a month since a trade in & purchase of a new car. Despite numerous phone calls, they have not retrieved the tracking device from a 'traded in' vehicle and neither have they fitted a tracking device in my new car. As a result, Miway has suspended insurance cover for vehicle theft! Their 'CEO escalations' complaints department is just as useless. They just make excuses that they cant get hold of the sales person at VW Alpine. But when I call the dealership, I do get hold of the sales person.
