Extremely poor service

Im highly dissatisfied with cartrack. I have had my device not working 2 month's after first installment, no alert when my battery was changed and now constant harassment for a the bill of the reinstallation of my tracking device in my new car that has not even been done yet and the first booking the guy arrived almost 40min late. The guu in klerksdorp told me the amount will go of my next debit but yet i keep on getting threatening messages from car track. Now that i want to cancel it i have to pay a ridiculous fee. They can do as they please and violate their own contracts with no consequences and treat customers like ****. I will be submitting a complaint to the ombudsmen
