Extremely poor client service
The client service i have received from Cartrack has been absolutely appalling , i will definitely not be recommending this company to other people. A tracking device was installed last year October and has never had signal/network since it was installed because it was installed incorrectly and the company is not taking responsibility. I was told management would get back to me and no one has contacted me , i keep getting transferred to different people in different departments with no one giving me answers.
