Extremely poor and unfaithful service

Once again bad service Cartrack. U called me to schedule appointment at 15:00 now it’s 15:15 and your tech called me to say he might not make it because he busy with a car testing the unit. That’s not my problem u said u will send a tech. I have to work night shift and u waisted my time once again . So what now u tell me . Poor service to the community. Once done I’ll be done with car track very soon and wnt recommend y to anyone. U better call me to make an appointment Tom morning please. Poor service . Almost a month u trying to sort me wow car track julle geee swak service .
