Extremely pathetic service from Cartrack fleet department.

Horrible service from Lwandiso at fleet department. Called in for a report, the gentleman had no interest in assisting at all. There was dead air in between calls and finally my call cut-off and I was not called back. I then called back the fleet department back spoke to Nokuthula, gave her my ID to pass it to Lwandiso since I had spoken to him, there was still no report. I called in for the third time, got through to Nokuthula again, I asked her if she gave my details to Lwandiso, and she said yes, but still no report from Lwandiso. I requested to speak with a manager, I was told she is not available. I left it there, and called in at 18:00, I was told Kara o is on the line he will be call me back. I waited for a call until I decided to call back again at 21:30, was kept on hold for 10min then got through to Melusi who finally assisted with a report.
