Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability

I had two tracking systems installed on my vehicles on Wednesday, 28/05/2025. While the installer was friendly and seemed efficient, things quickly went wrong. After driving to another area 15 minutes away, I found my steering mechanism completely locked—a problem I had never experienced before.

In my distress, I called Cartrack. Shockingly, instead of helping, the consultant tried to upsell me more services. I had to call the installer myself, as the call centre was unhelpful. A senior technician was eventually sent out but blamed my vehicle rather than considering the installation work done on my wiring.

My car had to remain overnight because the tow truck couldn’t assist with the locked steering. The next day, a locksmith confirmed the issue was not mechanical, as the technician claimed. We managed to override the system.

Cartrack told me to be at their premises on 30/05/2025 at 08:00. By 12:00, the problem still wasn’t resolved. The service was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I would never recommend Cartrack based on this experience.
