Extremely disappointed

I am so disappointed with the Cartrack company. I made a quote this morning for a tracker to be installed in my vehicle. I was informed that a technician will come and install it. I have been receiving calls that my area is not safe and cannot come. My question is how come a tracking company does not come to my area because of safety?what is going to happen when something happens to the car while it is park here? They clearly do not guarantee recovery of my vehicle.My street is at the back of the police station. There is a long driveway with fits 4 cars and a carport. 2 cameras are facing my house and it is extremely quiet and no crime reported.I will look for another tracking company they must cancel the application. It is clear that they will not be able to recover our cars. I don't recommend Cartracker to anyone. They have installed the tracking device on 3 cars in my yard before so not sure of the drama.
