Extremely bad customer service

Can some one address Keanu Andries and Koena Lebogo and teach them about customer service and remind them when you promise a client something they must deliver. I want my dash cam working as in like yesterday. I kept part of the promise to pay what I was asked within requested time. Your promise to have my services reconnected and my name removed from listing is not kept. All I get is consultants calling me everyday harrowing me o errors on my account where I am currently I wasn't cancel this bul**** subscription but I know it wil be a lengthy legal battle so please don't pass me . Do your part as I have done mine
