Extremally bad service from Cartrack

4 weeks back we made a claim for my father car.. and Cartrack failed to recover the car so according to them they dont want to pay the claim and they said the reason for them not paying is because my father did not call them every 4 months so they can test their system but as per my understanding my father was never informed of such. They also said we defaulted on payment in 2022-01-28 but I have proof that we paid as we informed them that we are changing banks and they deducted accordingly.. This is bad for business from their side can they please Pay Mr John Kganakga his claim as this is affecting him. This is the worst experience ever as my father is old and they are taking advantage of him
