Expensive

Cartrack is ridiculously expensive. To downgrade, you need to pay R350. To reinstall a unit into another one costs R800 for example if you have traded in your car. And if you want to cancel with them before 36 months, they charge about R2000. I feel stuck with this company and there's not much I can do. Probably my mistake was not to thoroughly read my contract, I don't even remember signing one. Please ask for quotes from other companies before binding yourselves.
