Expensive and Unfair T&C's - Dont Recommend

Not happy about your cancellation procedure. If I am on a month to month with you then why do I need to notify you 20 working days before cancelling there services?

You packages are expensive yet you offer less services than your competitors. The only thing that makes you stand out is the recovery warranty but still thats pointless if one has insurance. Youve lost me as a customer permanently and I would never reccomend you to anyone. To even think that I can get 3 devices( one main and 2 wireless) at Netstar and Matrix with what I am currently paying Cartrack. Goo bye
